Spring has not only sprung in our steps, but also within the Grand State of Wisconsin. Birds of every type are singing in celebration of the moment where the inherent beauty of nature is revealed allowing one to fully embrace what it means to be alive. The wildflowers with their exquisite shapes and colors and textures become the fuel to progressively move forward into a greater and expanded state of health and well being and awareness. To catch the flow of one's intention to walk 1,200 miles along the corridor of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail is to surrender one's ego in exchange to feel a sense of the Whole, instead of being locked in to a narrow perspective. The long distance trail strips away ancient filters, revealing the power to absorb that which catches one's attention in any given step, as if allowing for the soul to evolve and grow with direct experience. To let go and to flow with each new encounter is to live on the edge where one's love for exploration becomes the true meaning in one's life.
