One of my favorite little ponds in our local county park. I usually find lots of Egrets and the occasional Blue Heron here in the spring. Winter is rather quiet. I did glimpse a soft-shell turtle that quickly swam away and a pair of ducks at the far end. They weren’t too sociable either! Regardless, I was happy to be out in the beautiful sunshine and balmy 60 degree weather this morning.
